Options to suit your lifestyle and schedule

We have so many options for you to choose from to ensure training fits in with your life!

All sessions are booked via the mindbody app to ensure we never have more than 8 people training per session. You can book as far ahead as you like and can cancel outside of 9 hours.

To get started you will do our 21 Day Experience.   There are no obligations to stay on after your 21 Days (although 90% of people do).

If you want to book the first part of our 21 Day Experience you can do so HERE. 

Sessions start at 4:30am and finish at 7pm during weekdays. We also have Saturday morning sessions available. See below for our full timetable.
